"Princess" was originally intended to accompany the very first Union Pulse album, "Eine Kleine Rockmusik", in 2003. Following their studio sessions, Redding was displeased with the feel of this version of Princes, so he left it off the album. Instead, a different version of Princess, recorded at Chicago's Lonesome Studios with Matt Brelje, made it onto the band's second album, "I Hate You. You Always Do This."
